About Your Instructor, Melanie Morrissette
Melanie is a Personal Trainer, specializing in Geriatric Fitness and Conditioning in Kelowna British Columbia. She's worked helping 55+ clients improve their health for over 25 years. She loves sharing her results-proven program and couldn't think of doing anything else for a living.
Melanie is peppy, fun, and encouraging. You'll find her follow-along presentation style is relaxing, but keeps you engaged.

What will this class do for me?
The 7 day "Fix Your Posture With Chair Pilates" program will work to loosen up the tight muscles and strengthen weaker muscles to help you get back into proper alignment. You'll find that you are able to relieve the muscle tension and feel more comfortable.
You will also learn how to prevent these problems from occurring again in the future. You will recognize the warning signs and be able to adapt to avoid pain and soreness from returning.
Stephanie walks you step-by-step through each of the exercises in a daily routine. Her detailed instructions allow you to follow along without having to keep your eyes glued to the screen. You can practice at your own pace in the comfort of your home, and you'll get the feeling of being in the studio. It won't feel like you're “missing out" on anything. You'll also find it's more time and cost-effective than a regular class. Each day can be re-watched and re-used for a lifetime of value.

Here's the easy-drinking, fruit-forward wines you'll be enjoying
Tasting Notes: An intriguing and unique blend dominated by Cabernet franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec. A spicy nose of Italian plum, cocoa, fresh peppercorn and mint intrigues the senses. The first sip brings elements of cloves, dark chocolate & leather with a super long finish.
The grapes were hand picked, then crushed & held cold for four days. During fermentation, a combination of hand plunging the must and judicious use of pumping over ensured the optimum level of tannin extraction.
Pairing: BBQ T-bone steak; roasted squash winter salad

Monster Cab 2017
Tasting Notes: This Merlot-based Red Eyed Monster charges forward with cherries and plum on the nose. Soft, fruit-forward flavours of berry mingle with a hint of milk chocolate. This is a medium weight Monster with integrated tannins that allow this wine to stand up to dishes with some spicy heat.
Pairing: Pepperoni pizza; wild mushroom lasagna

Red Eyed 2019
Tasting Notes: You’ll be greeted with signature aromas of plum, all spice, blackberry & flowers when you dive into the wine. This fruit-forward Merlot attacks the palate with notes of ripe cherry and blueberry, offering up a rich & long finish.
Pairing: Portobello mushroom burgers; flank steak with chimichurri

Monster Merlot 2019
Tasting Notes: Fresh, fruity and still packs a pretty good punch. The bright acidity from the vintage highlights the red fruits and a little note of creme de cassis. You'll find crunchy tannins, nice structure and a wine that is ready to please.
Pairing: Steaks on the BBQ served with roasted potatoes; gnocchi with a wild mushroom sauce.

Tasting Notes: Bright yellow in colour with aromas of ripe apple & stone fruits. On the palate, nectarines & citrus arrive first with a soft presence of orange zest on the finish. Bright acidity & lush fruit flavours make the White Knuckle the perfect match for light seafood dishes & simple salads.

Meet Your Winemaker
Stefan Arnason, Monster Vineyards & Poplar Grove
Stefan Arnason has been the winemaker for both Monster Vineyards and Poplar Grove Winery since 2008. He started out making wine at home with his dad at the age of 16 and hasn’t looked back.
Stefan believes that Monster is the most fun wine to make. They take modern technology, good fruit sources and they make good, value-driven wine. All of the wines at Monster are crafted in stainless steel tanks. Stefan sources grapes from vineyards that are bold, fruit-forward, and pleasing to the palate. The whites are fermented cool and fresh with a touch of natural sweetness. The red wines use modern winemaking techniques while fermenting in stainless steel to keep them fruity and fresh.

Sitting at the foot of Munson Mountain on the Naramata Bench, Monster Vineyards works together with their sister winery, Poplar Grove, to craft wines that are fun and playful.
Between the two wineries, they share 140 acres of vineyards they tend to by hand. So not only is the wine fun & cheerful, but it also represents the best of what the Okanagan Valley has to offer with bold, fruit forward wines that are uber pleasing to sip.
