Do I need to sign a contract?
Nope! There are no contracts, commitments, or fees to join the Okanagan Wine Club. This is NOT a subscription — so you are not trapped into monthly charges. You choose exactly what you want and when you want it. Simple.
What if I don't want the featured wine pack?
Easy — you just don't do anything. Because this isn't a subscription, you're not being forced into anything. No action needed to skip. The next feature will arrive in your inbox in two weeks.
Do I have to know anything about wine to join?
Not at all! Our emails and tasting notes are written in a beginner-friendly way that assumes zero wine knowledge. You'll learn about regions, flavour profiles, and pairings — all while enjoying great bottles.
How do I leave the Okanagan Wine Club?
You don't really have to "leave" since you're not in a subscription. Simply don't buy any more wine packs if you don't want to. If you don't want the emails anymore, just click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.
Where does OWC ship to?
We ship across Canada. Orders are fulfilled directly by the featured winery via Loomis, Canada Post, or ATS within 3 business days after the offer closes.
How often is a new winery featured?
Every two weeks. Each feature runs for 3 days (Monday–Wednesday), then closes. Once the offer closes, that pack is gone — so joining makes sure you never miss out.
