The most widely planted white grape on Vancouver Island, this cool coastal climate wine starts with soft pear and lemon on the nose. The palate is lively with acidity and lime flavours. A bit of minerality too. Dry, crisp, and ready to drink.
Opens with aromas of fresh yellow apple and bright citrus, lifted by subtle notes of butterscotch. Creamy yet vibrant, with balanced acidity and a long finish. Delicious now and built to age gracefully.
Expressive aromas of pink grapefruit, ripe cherry, and gently stewed strawberries. The palate echoes these notes with juicy cherry and strawberry, complemented by a hint of rhubarb and a playful cream-soda finish.
A medium to full-bodied Cabernet Merlot that showcases aromas and flavours of fresh black cherry, bramble, with an underlying savoury structure.
Bold and velvety, with dark berry, cocoa, and a touch of vanilla. Aged to perfection, delivering power and finesse in every sip. Already maturing — hold through 2027.
